I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to transmit herewith copy of a letter which has been received from the Chinese Information Bureau, conveying information as to action which the Cantonese Government propose to take against pirates at Bias Bay.
My Lords would be glad to be informed what action, if any, the Secretary of State would propose to take as a result of this communication.
Copies of this letter have been sent to
the Foreign Office and War office.
